We don't sell, rent, trade, or hand your information to anyone. There's no data broker, no advertiser, no list. That's not a policy we might change. It's how we do business.
Before we look inside your systems, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement. What we see in your business stays in your business, both directions.
Anything in your systems belongs to you. You can ask for it, export it, or ask us to delete what we hold, at any time.

This policy covers this website and the services we provide to our clients.
We keep this short because we collect very little.
To respond to you, to prepare and deliver an audit or a proposal, to do the work you've hired us for, to send you an invoice, and to keep in touch about your service. That's it.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or give it away. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing lists.
We use a small number of ordinary business tools to run the company, and your information passes through them the same way it would at any business. These include our email and calendar provider, our scheduling tool, our accounting and payment processor, and any software we use to deliver the service you've purchased. Each of these acts on our behalf, not as an independent recipient of your information.
The only other circumstance in which we would disclose information is if we were legally required to do so.
Doing this work means we see the inside of your business. We treat that seriously.
Before we look at your systems, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement. It protects both directions: what we learn about your business is confidential, and what you learn about how we build things is confidential too.
Anything we see inside your systems, including your own customers' or clients' information, is used only to do the work you've asked for. It is never used for any other purpose, and it is never shared with anyone else.
Your data stays yours. If you leave, you can take it with you.
We keep contact information and project records for as long as we're working together, and afterward for the period required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Access credentials to your systems are removed when the engagement ends or whenever you ask.

This website uses only what it needs to function properly and to understand, in aggregate, which pages people find useful. We don't use our website to build advertising profiles or follow you around the internet. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. The one thing that won't change: we don't sell your data.
